In conditions of contemporary market economy, when market is saturated with all kinds of goods, Russia-made and foreign alike, and end user's requirements to quality of products became very strict, it became obvious that whether a company stays afloat depends on the quality of its products.
Because of this Company's management decided to field in ISO 9001-2000 International Quality System. Implementation of this system provided for improvement of the quality of the products manufactured and increase of it competitiveness.

In 1996 preparations for licensing were started, and in the same year contract between consulting company Quality Program Design Inc. and our Company was concluded. Experts of the company in cooperation with our representatives worked out the necessary package of documents and performed preliminary check-ups. In 1997 Quality Certification Bureau Inc. Conducted the firs audit of our quality system to make sure it complies with requirements of ISO 9001-94. Basing on the results, they provided us the quality Certificate with scope including design and manufacturing of machines, tooling, refrigerating equipment, oil production equipment and consumer goods. Simultaneously works for design and production of oil equipment under API standards were under way. To meet their demands, documentation was developed and pilot items manufactured. After auditing the existing quality system and the prototypes, API licensed our production of gate valves, swivels, and elevators with their logo.
In 1997 we started preparation of our military production for appropriate certification, too. Certification according to GOST R ISO standards became on of the paramount conditions of obtaining of orders on development, manufacturing, repairs, servicing, and dismantlement of armaments and military materiel. In 1998 contract with Certification Union was signed, and their experts audited our military documentation and production and gave their recommendations on quality system improvement. In December, 1998, our Corporation received "Quality System Approval", and in September, 2000, "Conformance Certificate" was awarded.
Our quality system is approved by:
- International Quality System Certificate N 97-435 dtd 11.06.97г. by Quality Certification Bureau Inc.;
- Russian "Conformance Certificate" N 6300.310124/RU dtd 18.09.2000г. by non-commercial organization Certification Union, Moscow;
- API Certificates N 8А-0051, N 8С-0034, N 6Д-0278 dtd 16.06.1997г. for design and production of swivels, elevators and gate valves.
